Inviting applications for the role of the E-Commerce Process Specialist

We are looking for the candidates willing to join us to work for great organization and our customer - Unilever



  • Review and provide information about the situation of their orders, deliveries and invoices data
  • Performing operations for the E-Commerce related processes (caring for the correctness and timeliness, knowledge of procedures, rules & improvements) across multiple countries
  • Managing improvement projects in the O2C area
  • Proactively look for improvements and sustainable solutions in the O2C area
  • Prevent repetitive issues through root cause analysis, addressing, enforcement and making actions
  • Performing operations on E-commerce customer platforms


  • University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with external and internal customers
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Ability to work with various IT applications (SAP, CRM, ARC, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office: focus on Excel, Access
  • Strong analytical skills
