Customer Service Advisor mit Deutschkenntnissen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat.
- Unterstützung bei technischen Fragen, Garantie- und Reklamationsfällen.
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im System.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur schnellen Problemlösung.
- Bereitstellung von Informationen zu Produkten, Bestellungen und Rücksendungen.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1– erforderlich.
- Englischkenntnisse - Niveau B2.
- Grundkenntnisse in MS Office und sicherer Umgang mit dem PC.
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Feste Arbeitszeiten: Montag–Freitag, 8:00–18:00.
- Wochenenden frei!
