Your responsibilities:
  • Solving passengers problems, because we believe everyone deserves a happy ending ;)
  • Providing essential information with as much ease as if you were hosting your own podcast!
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and chats
  • Helping in crisis situations with a cool head and a smile on your face - like Dexter Morgan ;)
Our requirements:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with people - after all, you are our Super Hero!
  • Communication skills and the ability to listen - each passenger has a story, and we help them get to their destination!
  • Do you speak English? Great! Level B2 is required, because our passengers come from all over the World! :)
  • Commitment and Can Do attitude - because together we can do more!
